    "Komisan" can be enjoyed all year round." Oden.The stock is made from Hidaka kelp from Hokkaido, bonito flakes, donko (shiitake mushrooms), and mackerel flakes, and the flavor is extracted slowly over low heat for five hours every day.The owner is committed to making as much of his oden as possible in-house, and he puts a lot of time and effort into preparing it. We offer a variety of oden, from the classics such as radish and egg to more unusual varieties such as tomato oden and satsumaage (fried fish cakes) that look like takoyaki.
